The reality is that most inspection companies do not think about this and if you can be one that does, you will DOMINATE your market.
This is actually a strategy that Fortune 500 companies utilize in board rooms when being pitched on ideas or products both internally and externally.
Basically, this is the measuring stick, or a rubric for making fundamental business decisions. Nail this and stick with it. Believe me, it will serve you well in the long run.
I have personally lost employees (very good ones) because our company didn’t get this right.
